She has a sensitive heart that easily softens but may also be easy to shatter.Julia was born in Seoul, South Korea, on March 29, 2000. Her mother is American, while her father is Korean. During her childhood, her family stayed with her grandparents from her father's side. When she was almost a teenager, they migrated to the Philippines.She loves make-up and dress-ups, and her mother, who supports her with her favourite thing, influenced her love for fashion. She thought, "What if I pursue fashion design?" It was a what-if that turned into a reality when she applied at De La Salle College of Saint Benilde. During her year as a freshman, she doubted if she was on the right path. She knew that she would be in a very competitive world after college, and there is no guarantee that she would be successful. However, her parents continued to encourage her—they pushed her to continue her dreams and assured her that they would always be there to help her, and so she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts major in Fashion Design and Merchandising.After studying for years in Saint Benilde, she chose to become a freelance fashion stylist and model, continuing her passion for the fashion industry. Despite the competitive world of fashion, she enjoys her occupation so much and thinks of it as playing a dress-up game as an adult. During her free time, she works on hobbies like dancing, singing, and sketching new clothing ideas. Those interests made her known in the entertainment industry, not just as a fashion stylist but also as a performer. She was discovered when she was doing her job as a stylist for one of their performers. They saw her beauty and asked her to try auditioning for their company. She performed various songs and dances, and they were amazed by her talent. Though she is currently not a big star in the industry, she continues to enhance her skills in dancing so that when the time comes that she will be on the big stage, it will all be worth it.Being a fashion stylist means being the reason behind the beauty of those who are in the spotlight. Contrary to her second name (Celeste), she chose to call herself Noir (a French word for black) in the fashion industry.
